After living in our home for 42 years, we were very unfamiliar with the process of selling a home. Lori was very patient and thorough in explaining how the process should work. First, she explained the marketing programs of Coldwell Banker and how the network of agents would learn about our home. She explained the concept of "disclosure" and how to be up-front about all the features of our house so that we would have a clean sale in the end. She listened to our feelings about setting a realistic price. She advised us on how to de-clutter the house and helped us get it ready for photography. The photographer did a fantastic job of filming a virtual tour of the inside and outside of our home. We feel that the tour was key to marketing our home.
